All Weiss Watch Company timepieces purchased from weisswatchcompany.com and delivered after January 1st, 2023, are covered by our 2 year warranty. The warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years. If the timepiece is returned during the warranty period along with a copy of the receipt of purchase from weisswatchcompany.com, Weiss Watch Company will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective watch or part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the exclusions mentioned hereunder and to the right to charge for shipping costs. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. The warranty is rendered void if any work is carried out on the watch by anyone other than a representative of Weiss Watch Company.
